Halloween Vampire Box

Make your own wee 'print and cut' Halloween Vampire box! These make spook-tacular Halloween party favors and children's toys. Fill them with your favorite small candies! Please read below for the assembly instructions. These 'Print and Cut' design file can be purchased from the Silhouette America Design Store.  
 

DIMENSIONS
This Vampire is approximately 3.5" tall, 1" deep and 2.75" wide at base.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- White 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb) (one vampire per sheet)
- Glue Pen orDouble-sided tape
- Silhouette Cameo & Mat
 

Assembly

Step 1: Print your Dracula template with registration guides onto white card stock. Fold the 4 sections downwards from the top of the head. Crease all the perforated edges along the sides of the head and the front cape.

Step 2: Apply glue using a glue pen or a double-sided tape runner to tabs 1, 2, 3.

Step 3: Align the the side panel tabs with the back panel. Press and hold together until dry.

Step 4: Apply glue to tabs 4, 5, 6. Repeat step 3 on the opposite side of the head. 

Step 5: Apply glue to tabs 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.

Step 6: Fold down the front panel. Align the side panel tabs with the front head panel. Press together and hold until dry. The ears should stick out of the sides. 

Step 7: Apply glue to tab 13.

Step 8: Fold the side panel over tab 13.

Step 9: Apply glue to tab 14.

Step 10: Fold tab 14 under the back panel. Hold until dry. Repeat Steps 7 and 8 on the opposite side. with tabs 15 and 16.

Step 11: Crease the edges of the bottom lid. Apply glue to tab 17.

Step 12: Flip the bottom lid upside down and press tab 17 against the middle section of the front cape panel. Use your fingers to fold the legs out of the way. Hold until dry.

Step 13: Once the lid is dry and securely attached, insert your candies. Fold in the 2 large white tabs on the sides.

Step 14: Tuck in the 2 tiny tabs of the lid underneath the 2 large tabs. Fold the lid closed with the long tab of the lid as the closure.

Step 15: Next crease the edges of the cape collar. On the back of the collar apply a small amount of glue to each of the 3 small bottom tabs.

Step 16: Press the back of the collar against the back and sides of the cape. Hold in place until dry.

Step 17: Gently curl the tips of the collar. If you display your Dracula on a shelf you may
also wish to bend his knees.

Step 18: Voila! Your wee Dracula is ready to gift or to display!

Halloween Witch Boxes

Make your own magic with these wee 'print and cut' Halloween witch boxes. These make spook-tacular Halloween party favors and children's toys. DIMENSIONS
Each witch is approximately 3" tall (excluding the hat), 1.25" deep and 2.25" wide at base.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- White 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb) (one witch per sheet)
- Glue Pen orDouble-sided tape
- Silhouette Cameo & Mat

Assembly

Step 1: Print your witch template with registration marks onto white card stock. Fold the 4 sections downwards from the top of the head. Crease all the perforated edges along the sides, as well as the purple tab at the back.

Step 2: Apply glue using a glue pen or a glue tape runner to tabs 1, 2, 3, 4.

Step 3: Align the the side panel tabs with the back panel. Press and hold together until dry.

Step 4: Apply glue to tabs 5, 6, 7, 8. Repeat step 3 on the opposite side of the witch.

Step 5: Apply glue to tabs 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.

Step 6: Fold down the front panel of the witch. Align the side panel tabs with the front panel. Press together and hold until dry.

Step 7: The above photo illustrates how it should look from the back. The back of the hair and the broom stick should stick out of the sides.

Step 8: Bend the legs upwards. Insert small candies.

Step 9: Fold the white tabs inwards slightly. Next fold up the purple tab to close the box.

Step 10: Apply glue to tab 17. Gently curve the 2 edges of the hat until they meet, overlapping tab 17. Hold until dry.

Step 11: Fold tabs 18, 19, 20, 21 inwards and apply glue.

Step 12: Press the top of the hat onto the center of the rim. Hold until dry.

Step 13: Apply glue to the top of the witch's head. Press the hat onto the top of the head. Hold until dry. You can leave the legs straight if you like or you can bend the knees. Voila! Your wee witch is ready to gift or display!

Halloween Owl House Treat Boxes

Make these trick or tweet 'print and cut' owl house boxes! They make spook-tacular Halloween Party Favors! Plus using your Silhouette Cameo it only take a few minutes to cut and put together. Please read below for the assembly instructions. These 'Print and Cut' design file can be purchased from the Silhouette America Design Store.  

DIMENSIONS
Each owl house is approximately 3" tall, 2" deep and 2.25" wide.

SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- White 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb)
- Glue or tape
- Thin ribbon
- Silhouette Cameo & Mat
 

Step1: Align the design in your Silhouette Studio software so that it fits inside your registration guides. Next print the design with the registration marks onto white card stock. Select 'card-stock' as the material in your cut settings, Then load your cutting mat with your design into your Silhouette Cameo. Once cut, fold all the sides of the house inwards.

Step2: Apply glue or tape to the four white tabs and fold up the sides.

Step3: Apply glue to the back of the leaf roof panels and attach them to both top panels of the house.

Step4: Fill with goodies! Lastly thread a thin ribbon or baker's twine through the holes on top of the roof and tie a pretty bow :)

Pumpkin Patch Halloween Pop Up card

Make your own 'print and cut' Pumpkin Patch Pop-up card! This frightfully fun Halloween card comes with the printable pumpkins insert as well as a regular cut 'Happy Halloween' sign to go on the outside of the card! Customize the outside of the card with your choice of coloured card stock!

DIMENSIONS
The card is approximately 6 5/8" wide, 4 7/8" tall
SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- Clear drying Glue Stick
- 2 sheet white 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb), 2 sheets any colour card stock.
- Silhouette Cameo & Mat

ASSEMBLY:

Step 1: Place the background inside card insert design within the registration guides in silhouette studio. Print the design with the registration marks onto white card stock. Select 'card-stock' as the material in your cut settings, then load your cutting mat with your design into your Silhouette Cameo. 

Step 2: Once cut, fold in half and crease along the perforated edges. Fold the three pop up sections inside the card so that when opened they stick up from the center of the card.

Step 3: Cut out the outside of the card in your choice of coloured cardstock and fold in half along the perforated edge. Apply glue to the back of the background card insert, do not apply glue to the pop-up sections. Align the card insert with the center fold line of the outer card. 

Step 4: Cut out the pumpkin and cat pieces onto white cardstock. Apply glue to the back of each of the pumpkin cut outs and attach them to the pop up sections on either side. Make sure the pumpkins do not exceed the edge of the card. Apply glue to the back of the pumpkin with the cat and attach it to the center pop out section. 

Step 5: Cut the 'Happy Halloween' sign out of your choice of cardstock (note: very thin cardstock will tear when removed). Once cut carefully remove the sign and apply clear drying glue to the back. Apply the sign to the outside of the card. Voila! Your card is ready to gift!

Halloween Owl Pop Up Card

Make your own 'print and cut' Owl Pop-up card! This frightfully fun Halloween card comes with the printable tree and owl card insert as well as a regular cut 'Happy Halloween' sign to go on the outside of the card! Customize the outside of the card with your choice of coloured card stock!

ASSEMBLY:

Step 4: Cut out the tree and owl pieces onto white cardstock. Apply glue to the back of the owl and place it in the hole of the white pop out piece. Apply glue to the back of the tree trunk and apply it on top of the white pop out section. 

Step 5: Cut the 'Happy Halloween' sign out of your choice of cardstock (note: very thin cardstock will tear when removed). Once cut carefully remove the sign and apply clear drying glue to the back. Apply the sign to the outside of the card. Voila! Your card is ready to gift!

Halloween Vampire Pop Up Card

Step 2: Once cut, fold in half and crease along the perforated edges.The vampire pop out should be crease so that it sticks outwards from the card.

Step 3: Cut the outside of the card with your choice of coloured cardstock and fold in half along the perforated edge. Apply glue to the back of the vampire card insert. Align the insert with the center of the outer card piece. 

Step 4: Cut the 'Happy Halloween' sign out of your choice of cardstock (note: very thin cardstock will tear when removed). Once cut carefully remove the sign and apply clear drying glue to the back. Apply the sign to the outside of the card. Voila! Your card is ready to gift!

Pumpkin Treat Boxes

Make your own 'print and cut' pumpkin boxes! These sweet little treat boxes make great favors for Halloween parties or fall celebrations. Fill them with your favorite small candies. Each box is approx. 2 " tall, 2.75" wide, 1.50" deep (excluding the topper). 

SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- White 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb)
- Silhouette Cameo & Mat

Step1: Align the design in your Silhouette Studio software so that it fits inside your registration guides. Next print the design with the registration marks onto white card stock. Select 'card-stock' as the material in your cut settings, then load your cutting mat with your design into your Silhouette Cameo. 

Step2: Once cut, apply glue to the white tabs along the sides. Fold all the sides of the box inwards.

Step3: Insert your goodies! Then pinch together the 2 sides of the the topper and fold over one of the top tabs so that the slit secures the two toppers.

Step4: Voila! Your pumpkin box is ready to gift!

Each cup is approximately 4.25" tall, 1.5" wide at the base. 
SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- Strong glue stick or double-sided tape
- White 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb)
- Silhouette Cameo & Mat

Step1: Align the design in your Silhouette Studio software so that it fits inside your registration guides. Next print the design with the registration marks onto white card stock. Select 'card-stock' as the material in your cut settings, then load your cutting mat with your design into your Silhouette Cameo. Once cut apply double-sided tape or strong glue to the edge of the cup marked 'glue'. Wrap the base of the cup around until it meets with the dotted line. Hold until dry.

Step2: Bend all the tabs on the bottom of the cup inwards and apply double-sided tape or glue. Carefully fit all the tabs into the bottom of the base of the cup. It may help to poke a finger inside the cup to check the tabs are adhered properly to the inside of the cup.

Step3: Gently curl the tabs at the top of the cup inwards using your fingers. Insert small candies or treats. To close the cup hold down all the rounded tabs in the center. 

Step 4: Hook the last three tabs together to complete the closure. Voila! Your mini treat cup is ready to gift!

DIMENSIONS
Each box is approximately 2.75" tall, 3.75" wide by 1.25" deep.
SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- Strong glue stick or double-sided tape
- White 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb)
- Silhouette Cameo & Mat

Step 1: Place your design within the registration guides in silhouette studio. Print the design with the registration marks onto white card stock. Select 'card-stock' as the material in your cut settings, then load your cutting mat with your design into your Silhouette Cameo. Once cut, crease the perforated edges of the box..

Step 2: Apply glue or tape to the 4 small tabs off the top of the box. You're starting with the side of the box without the cutout piece. 

Step 3: Align these tabs with the curved edge of the box and hold until dry.

Step 4: Apply glue to tabs 1 and 2. Tuck these tabs underneath side panels. They should meet at the perforated line. Hold until dry.

Step 5: Apply glue to tabs 3 and 4. Also tuck these tabs into the side panels to form the bottom part of the lunch box.

Step 6: Repeat steps 2-4 for the top of the box. 

Step 7: Apply glue to the blank side of the handle at the tips. Attach the handle to the box where you see the small white boxes. Allow to dry fully. 

Step 8: Fill your box with small goodies! To close the box simply push down on the handle and let the cover of the box slide over it and snap into place.

Step 9: Enjoy!!

Each bag is approximately 2.75" tall, 2" wide by 2" deep. (*option to scale up slightly)
SUPPLIES NEEDED
- Colour printer & ink
- Strong glue stick or double-sided tape
- White 8.5" by 11" Cardstock (65 lb)

Step 1: Place your design within the registration guides in silhouette studio. You can choose to scale up the design slightly if you wish, so long as it fits within the guides. Print the design with the registration marks onto white card stock. Select 'card-stock' as the material in your cut settings, then load your cutting mat with your design into your Silhouette Cameo. Once cut, crease the perforated edges of the bag.

Step 2: Fold the handle strap to make a tiny half loop, then apply a small amount of glue or tape to the back of the handle. Attach the handle to the top of the blank side of the back panel. Apply a small amount of glue or tape to the tips of both the shoulder straps. Attach these straps to the back panel as well. 

Step 3: Apply glue to the white tabs along the bottom and side of the backpack.

Step 4: Align the sides with the bottom and side tabs. Hold until dry. 

Step 5: Apply glue to the 2 white tabs on the front of the bag. Align these tabs with the sides of the bag and hold until dry. 

Step 6: Apply glue to the tab off the top flap of the bag. Press this tab against the top back edge of the bag. Hold until dry.

Step 7: Insert your goodies! To close the bag slide the two brown straps into the slits at the front of the bag. Voila! Your treat bag is ready to gift!
